It is my sister's first day of work today. When I was talking to her last night I can tell how excited she is to start and a bit nervous of whats ahead, just like meeting new people, different surroundings, working with supervision and most of all in handling task that will be assign to her. Well, I do understand how she feel as of now aside from it is nature as newbie, she also stayed home as full time mom and wife for almost a decade now.
Actually she was offered for a jobs last year from friends and her husband immediate relatives but for some reasons she declined. And before the year 2011 ends she received another offer from a friend who is working as regular employee in one of the company just close by to their house. She got interested with job because of higher wages and they give good employees benefits. Then that was it she got accepted, got the schedule after submitted her requirements.
My honey and I are so happy for her, I cannot wait to call her tomorrow morning and listen to her story about her first day of work.
